Welcome to BlueBadge Verified™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our contractor verification platform and services provided by BlueBadge Systems, LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the BlueBadge platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you create an account, you agree to:
BlueBadge offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
A one-time onboarding fee covers the cost of initial background checks, verification processing, and digital asset creation.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.
Background checks are performed by Checkr, Inc., a third-party consumer reporting agency. BlueBadge is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
By using our background check services, you authorize BlueBadge and Checkr to conduct background checks and verify your information. You certify that all information provided is accurate and complete.
BlueBadge receives only pass/fail results from background checks. If a background check returns a "consider" result, you will be notified directly and provided with your rights under the FCRA before any adverse action is taken.
Upon successful verification, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display your BlueBadge verification badge on your website, marketing materials, and business communications.

All content, features, and functionality of the BlueBadge platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of BlueBadge Systems, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE BLUEBADGE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that obtaining a BlueBadge verification will result in increased business, contracts, or revenue.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BlueBadge Systems, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueBadge Systems, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the BlueBadge platform or violation of these Terms.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@bluebadgesystems.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BlueBadge shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the BlueBadge platform. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
